We commissioned this wine from our winemaking team in Oz to push the limit on the massively popular Albacore red and they have delivered in spades. This lavish creation has all the hallmarks of a top wine; beautifully textured, layered and lush fruit that fills the mouth, as well as a classic Aussie richness of fruit. It will also cellar well for at least a decade leaving you, at the end (should you make it), with a much more gastronomic and complex beast.- perfect by itself but serious enough for pairing with foods!
