Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid and place it loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes or until piping hot stirring halfway through.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 25 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid and place it loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 6-7 minutes (stir halfway through) or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 30-35 minutes, stir and then cook for a further 5 minutes.

Fire Birds Wood Fire BBQ Chicken

I was born in Sierra Leone (West Africa) but grew up in the U.K. My mum is a chef, and my dad taught me how to season and cook meat. I create meals by fusing ingredients from Africa, the Caribbean, and southern America to create unique meals busting with vibrant fresh ingredients and high-quality perfectly cooked meat. I put my own twist on popular traditional meals from each region to give customers a full food tour of Afro-fusion cuisine.

Loved this, beautiful flavour.

Not boring at all

Once again a large portion was enough for both of us. Pasta cooked to perfection and the cheese sauce gooey with a complex taste. The spicing resulting in a lovely warming feeling without being very spicy. Definitely not the bland Mac and Cheese of my school days.

Was really interested in this and hopeful because I loved the Afro Fusion Pasta but this wasn’t for me. The mix of cheese didn’t give a flavor I enjoy which was a bit more sour.
