An English garden of a dish. Sauteed peas, sliced leeks and greens with black pepper and crispy lardons. A wonderful side to anything from fish pie to lasagne, or as a light lunch on its own.

Peas (43%), Leeks (21%), Cabbage (21%), Smoked Lardons (Pork Loin, Sea Salt, Preservative: Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate*), Butter [MILK] (5%), Kosher Salt, Black Pepper.

Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power at 850W. Heat for 2-3 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30 - 35 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before and stir well before serving.

MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power at 850W. Heat for 7 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving.
