These aren't just any roast potatoes - they're my Christmas table showstopper. Each December, we carefully select the finest Kind Edward potatoes and transform them into what I believe are the perfect roasties. The secret? That liquid gold we call goose fat. When these beauties hit the searing hot fat, magic happens - the outside develops this incredible golden crust that shatters like glass, while the inside stays fluffy as a cloud.

When these come out of the oven, that aroma... well, that's the smell of Christmas right there. Available only during the festive season, because some pleasures are worth waiting all year for.

King Edward Potatoes, Free range goose fat, Olive Pomace Oil(Olive oil(51%), Sunflower Oil(49%)), Rosemary, Salt.

Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

OVEN: Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and film. Remove the potatoes from their tray and place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 35 – 40 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. Remove outer sleeve and film. Remove the potatoes from their tray and place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 – 45 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Had these last night, very nice.

I cooked for an extra 10 minutes and came out lovely and crispy just how i like them.

Nice but...

Great flavour but unfortunately a little too crispy, making them almost too hard to cut through.
