My lamb hotpot is a classic comfort dish with a twist. Tender diced lamb is simmered in a flavourful broth of chicken and lamb stock, enriched with dark soy and red wine. FireBirds Woodfire BBQ Chicken

I was born in Sierra Leone (West Africa) but grew up in the U.K. My mum is a chef, and my dad taught me how to season and cook meat. I create meals by fusing ingredients from Africa, the Caribbean, and southern America to create unique meals busting with vibrant fresh ingredients and high-quality perfectly cooked meat. I put my own twist on popular traditional meals from each region to give customers a full food tour of Afro-fusion cuisine.

Wonderful Fusion dish

Oven cooked from frozen. Potato on the top was crispy. Meat was tender and succulent, spice was nice a wonderful fusion dish good quantity of meat.

A wonderfully flavoursome dish

A did enjoy this dish, but unfortunately the spices and seasoning somewhat overwhelmed the flavour of the lamb. The meat was cooked perfectly, but more care needs to be taken that the seasoning was removed before being packed (see second picture). Also, the meal needs to be checked for stalks from the seasoning being left behind.

If as much care had been taken in the finish as had been taken in the preparation, this dish would have had a higher score

Loved it!

Really liked this dish. The beef was soft and well cooked and was flavoured with rosemary.

Has a kick

Bit too spicy for me but the lamb was nice and tender

I really enjoyed this meal. The lamb was very tender the spices were jus right and it was very tasty. Have ordered more in my next order.
