Lamb Saag Curry with Basmati Rice

A combination of two absolute classic dishes! Saag Meat is created by combining saag sabji with lamb curry. This recipe was passed down to me by my grandmother, who was born in the pre-independence Punjab region of India, where this dish originated. Lamb and spinach a simmered with freshly ground spices to give it its distinct flavour. Served with ghee rice.
