Meet Bohus

Food has been my passion from an early age. I recall helping my grandfather on his farm growing fresh produce or my dad in the kitchen. Later, I moved to the UK having studied at a chef school in my country but my basic English meant I could only get a job as a kitchen porter. Eventually, the head chef gave me the opportunity to shadow him which I accepted with both hands. Now, I am an established executive head chef.

Crunchy!

The chicken was crispy quite nice indeed! Only thing I would say is the third piece of chicken was tiny. And unfortunately I still don’t like the “Gravy”…

Great tasting chicken!

The chicken was juicy, coating had such great flavour to it and there was a good amount of meat on each piece. Getting 2 big pieces and 1 small piece was a treat!

Disappointed

Rather dry and far too much bone compared to meat. The small one is all bone.

Crunchy and yummy

Delicious and crunchy when out of oven - a family favourite

Far too much bone

The portions we received were rather cheap cuts, far too much bone and gristle compared to the amount of meat. The gravy was not over spiced and came out well in the microwave. This is a shame, as the actual meat and flavour was really quite nice.
