Meet Bohus

Food has been my passion from an early age. I recall helping my grandfather on his farm growing fresh produce or my dad in the kitchen. Later, I moved to the UK having studied at a chef school in my country but my basic English meant I could only get a job as a kitchen porter. Eventually, the head chef gave me the opportunity to shadow him which I accepted with both hands. Now, I am an established executive head chef.

Crunchy and yummy

Delicious and crunchy when out of oven - a family favourite

Far too much bone

The portions we received were rather cheap cuts, far too much bone and gristle compared to the amount of meat. The gravy was not over spiced and came out well in the microwave. This is a shame, as the actual meat and flavour was really quite nice.

Very tasty moist chicken,good portion.

Reheated in the air fryer and came out nice and crunchy. Had 3 pieces varying in size which was nice. There is a heat but it’s not spicy. could use a little more salt and I don’t need the ice sauce. Would re-order

A keeper

Please make this always available. It's hard to get good fried chicken in the UK. I order it every time I place an order. I would pay extra for fried chicken breast but that's too much of an ask I think. Like others, I could do without the gravy and just bin it.
