Meet Giovanna

I have loved cooking since a young age. Once, my sister asked me to fry her an egg, I was anxious as I had never cooked before. When I fried the egg perfectly I fell in love with cooking. Since then I started taking cooking lessons, including in secondary school. I studied professional cookery at Merton College and I am currently studying nutrition and food management at West London University.

Very Big!!

Tasty fish cakes, Very generous portion, would probably do two people with a side of veggies or salad. I cooked in air fryer definitely needed longer cooking time.

A little disappointing as I had defrosted without looking inside and thought were served with veg. Cooked them both in air fryer for 12 minutes but definitely needed longer. Would be better if cakes were smaller along with some veg for a complete meal.
