Heating Instructions

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 7-8 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 30 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

I've always been a huge fan of umami flavours, so when I moved to China in 2013 my tastebuds thanked me. Fast forward 10 years of living in China, I moved back to the UK to shake things up in the Chinese condiments scene, tapping into my local knowledge to bring exciting and new flavours to the UK.

Definitely ordering this again. Just the right heat and spice .

Nice dish!

Overall, a really nice dish that I'd order again. Only negative was the large amount of beans in there, seemed to be disproportionate to the other ingredients

This is a spicy very tasty dish. I did however find it quite dry. Very nice otherwise

This was tasty and compliments the other Chinese dishes we ate.

Quite nice. Meat was beautifully tender tasty. Flavours a bit overpowering for me though.
