Delicious and satisfying

I was a little worried trying this because I usually don't like sweet and sour, but there was plenty of spice and umami here too, with a pleasant hint of sharpness and sweetness. The chicken was lovely quality breast meat and nice and tender, and I loved the inclusion of cashews. The rich was fluffy and soaked up the sauce well. Will definitely order again!
