Meet Ilaria

Ciao, I'm Ilaria, I'm Italian and I always loved cooking with my Grandma. When I was twenty years old I decided to learn properly how to cook and I started a year course with one of my favorite chefs in Milan. Cooking remained just a passion until covid time when I started my home catering business. I don't sell just food but a genuine Italian experience that I bring to your table from my original Granma's recipe.

Generous helping of tasty mince!

A nutty, tasty, and tangy at same time Spag Bol. I have only taken off one star as I think the portion could be bigger.

Maybe 3.5

One person said the portion was generous - maybe for one person, certainly not for two. Half a pot and two good portions of pasta simply didn't work. Luckily we didn't use all the pasta or it would have been even more disappointing. The taste didn't make up for it, too bland. My wife added parmesan which she said helped, wish I had.

Very nice

But portion size needs to be re-accessed. I received 2 packs of pasta which would be enough for two however the sauce of was only half full and was barely enough for one person. The fresh pasta was really nice and the bolognaise sauce delicious - would definitely have this again if the portion size issues are resolved..

Delicious. Perfect portions of pasta but bolognese pot only half full. Portion needed to be a full pot for an adult.

My daughter had this and said best spag bol she has had in ages. Portion size perfect for her as she is 10. For
An adult needs to be more meat. But again so very tasty so maybe a starter? But needs more for a main. Keep this as only spag bol on offer here.

Rich sauce and good choice of pasta

The bolognese sauce is rich and savoury, and the tagliatelle is a much better choice of pasta than spaghetti for scooping up sauce. Nice with a sprinkle of parmesan!
