Heating Instructions

How to Cook :
1. Place steamer paper on steamer basket and place dumplings on top of the paper.
2. Ensure water is on rolling boil before you place dumplings (in steamer basket) on top.
3. Steam for 9-10 minutes with lid on.
4. Ensure dumplings is piping hot throughout before consumption.

HOW TO EAT THEM:
Carefully Pick Up: Use chopsticks to gently lift the dumpling without breaking the skin.
Bite a Hole: Bite a small hole or use a spoon to catch the soup.
Sip the Soup: Sip the flavorful broth inside.
Enjoy the Dumpling: Eat the rest, often with a bit of black vinegar and shredded ginger for extra flavour.

They are commonly served with a dipping sauce of Chinese black vinegar and julienned ginger and are a highlight of dim sum or Shanghainese cuisine.

You need a steamer to make these! I didn't have one so had to follow a tutorial for an alternative method. But they tasted nice, sweet and filling.
