A take on our favourite classic Moroccan tagine. We use the tenderest meat from lambs grass-fed on British land, cooking it slowly with juicy apricots, plum tomatoes and a heady mix of spices (cinnamon, cloves and ginger, to name a few). Eat it on its own or add your own carbohydrate or salad. 🌶 A bit spicy.

Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power at 850W. Heat for 5 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30 - 35 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before and stir well before serving.

MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power at 850W. Heat for 7 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving.

Multicultural Nosh

One of my favourites. A bit spicy but even more so as part of a multicultural mish-mash tonight with chips drenched in hot chilli sauce and served with fresh home grown runner beans!!
