Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN (no need to de-frost)

STEAM USING A STEAMER:
1. Remove the packaging and place the dim sum in a steamer, use the steamer paper provided to go under the dim sum. Or you can use baking paper for the same result.
2. Place the steamer on a pot of boiling water (make sure the water is boiling before you start steaming).
3. Steam on high heat for 6-7 minutes.
