This traditional fisherman's stew in tomatoes sauce from the port town of Livorno in Tuscany is a seafood-lover's dream!
Packed with cod, squid, mussels, clams and langoustine as well as whatever fish is available on the day, this is a seriously flavourful stew.
It come with toasted bread rubbed with garlic like the locals do.

Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid and place it loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through. After heating, stir and stand for 2 minutes before serving.

HOB: Empty contents into a pan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Stir before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid and place it loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. After heating, stir and stand for 2 minutes before serving.

HOB: Defrost in the fridge overnight and follow reheating instructions from chilled.

A realy tasty soup a good portion and full of lovely s chunky seafood. Will buy again

Chunks of fish, prawns (and big ones!), clams, wow!

We didn't expect to find so much seafood in our fish soup! Chunks of fish. prawns (and big ones!), clams, so generous.
Have had the soup twice now and found that it was at its best when we defrosted to chilled and cooked it from chilled. When we ordered it again, we had to wait to use it so had to freeze it. We found that cooked it from frozen, it was not quite as good -- just ever so slightly watery, so advise cooking from chilled if possible, but even from frozen it was soooo good!

One for seafood lovers

Great tasting soup packed with seafood . Must be accompanied by good bread, Serving size ideal as a starter for a special meal,

Fit for a Queen!

What a fantastic dish this is, for a fan of seafood like me! Delicate flavours, range of seafood and fish, all in a tasty tomato based soup! 😋😋
The portion could be larger!
And "It come with toasted bread rubbed with garlic like the locals do." doesn't seem to happen? Have had this dish x2 now, not a crumb of bread with it!
