A fusion twist on traditional jerk flavours, we use tropical spices to bring you a truly unique fusion dish.I marinate the pork in our blend of herbs and spices for 24 hours before flame grilling the meat, then make our signature bbq sauce to finish the dish.

FireBirds Woodfire BBQ Chicken

I was born in Sierra Leone (West Africa) but grew up in the U.K. My mum is a chef, and my dad taught me how to season and cook meat. I create meals by fusing ingredients from Africa, the Caribbean, and southern America to create unique meals busting with vibrant fresh ingredients and high-quality perfectly cooked meat. I put my own twist on popular traditional meals from each region to give customers a full food tour of Afro-fusion cuisine.

SO DELICIOUS!!

Honestly, all of Pessima's skewers are so delicious. Richly flavoured, great cuts of meat. Easily enough for a hungry person's meal. Presented on mini sticks so easy to eat and share.

Lush!!

Really get portion size. Moist meat, feel like belly pork was used and it works well. Placed on mini skewers, which would make it easy to eat although I used a fork. Wasn’t keen on the marinate, a bit too aniseed for me. However would probably order again!!

Pork was fall apart tender, really lovely. The marinade wasn't my favourite but I'd still order again!
