Amazing lemony taste loved it

Thai was a different take on aubergine parmigiana. I’m usually a meat girlie but I thought let me try something new and it was amazing. So flavoursome and loved it! So nice when cooked in the oven

Exceeded Expectations

It turns out that Creme Fraiche and breadcrumbs on top of basically anything is an instant success, and the intensity of those plum tomatoes is far greater than I'd expect from a frozen meal. Fantastic all around.
