Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 60-90 seconds or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 160°C (Gas Mark 4). Remove all outer packaging and place evenly on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 10 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 160°C (Gas Mark 4). Remove all outer packaging and place evenly on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 25 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Meet Som & Tam

Satay Street

We are childhood friends, born in Bangkok. Som loves eating and Tam loves cooking and when we cook together it has always been of epic proportions. Som started her cooking journey by having a chicken satay stall in Brick Lane with recipes passed down by her mum. Tam started cooking and become a chef since he was 18, and also gained experience at the university in Thailand. We want to be ambassadors for your true authentic Thai experience.

not suitable as a frozen dish

i was looking forward to this but it didn't hit the mark. I get my food frozen therefore I heat it in the microwave. even if I followed the cooking instructions, the tofu was a little cold and the sauce was very watery:( I think it could be a nice dish but maybe you shouldn't recommend using the microwave in your heating instructions

Lovely flavour

Cooked the tofu on the air fryer grill - it didn't stay on the skewers but still had good taste. Heated sauce separately and used as a dipping sauce which worked well. Tofu was well flavoured (often tofu can taste of nothing) Sauce tasty but a little thin and sweet.

Really nice for a light lunch

Had half of the portion for lunch and it was really tasty. Bit confusing with the nutritional info as it’s not accurate. Would defo purchase again and also recommend it

not keen at all, followed heating instructions yet some tofu was still a little cold, sauce tasted ok but was too watery, not impressed
