Sustainable Fish Pie

The ultimate fish pie. Made with the best sustainably sourced fish, cooked in a creamy sauce with wilted spinach, lemon zest and capers. We all know a pie is nothing without perfect mash, so we’ve made sure ours is as good as it gets, made with nothing more than great potatoes, amazing butter, sea salt and a rather deft mashing technique.

BECAUSE THERE AREN’T PLENTY MORE FISH IN THE SEA… We want you to know we’re 100% committed to using sustainably caught fish. That's why we only work with suppliers dedicated to fishing responsibly. Because of this, the fish we use might change with the seasons, but our fish pie will always have that same delicious flavour. To find out exactly what fish we’re using right now, take a peek at our ingredients list on the back.

Coley's Pretty Good

Quite impressive to use less popular fish and still turn up a better result that all other frozen fish pies out there. The spinach pairs great with it too.

Repeat order

This dish is a firm favourite and one we have every order. Really good chunks of fish in a delicious creamy sauce. Good to know they use sustainably caught fish too.

Not like picture anymore?

The recipe appears to have changed subtly since I started buying these pies a year ago, and is not really smooth mash at present but rather chunky part-mashed new potatoes in their skins. This is an improvement as leaving skins on is healthier and I previously found the mash a bit sloppy. I’m happy for cheaper coley fish to be used instead of cod but it would be nice to get a bit more of it!
