Meet Lisa

My Mum was an amazing chef and taught me how to cook. My food story began when I was a songwriter, our studios were in a remote part of Kent with nowhere to buy food so I cooked for everyone. After 20 years of writing pop songs I decided I wanted a career in food and I was offered a chef role at Jamie Oliver's cook school but decided to set up my own at home. Disappointed

Whilst the chicken tasted lovely and the veg was cooked to perfection there was hardly any gravy and the potatoes were boiled not roasted.

Chicken and gravy were great!

The chicken and gravy were lovely, I think it would be better if the gravy was on the side. However the potatoes had the skin on and didn’t come out great, in the picture it didn’t look like skin on potatoes?

Fairly small portion, but ok for a light lunch. Cooked chicken and potatoes in the oven, lovely and crispy.

I heated it in the microwave. Tasted lovely. Plenty of chicken. Only thing that could have made it better were a few more peas and potatoes.
