Subtle flavour

Looks as if it will be very dry the cake is actually quite moist when a slice is cut. Very nice subtle spice flavours especially like the cardamom and rose. Served with a drizzle of double cream makes it a really good pudding!

What a gorgeous cake. The cake tastes divine and looks so pretty too. This made for the perfect cake for my partners birthday. Very hard to make, with lots of ingredients as I have tried in the past, so will be ordering again thanks

Beautifully presented cake and if this is your choice of cake then you will love it, i just found it for me to taste too perfumed and I preferred it without the decorations on top , very good cake size. Very fresh and lovely sponge.

This was really nice, very flavorful. A good mix of spice, floral and lemon. It's really quite big so will suit those needing to share it with others. If you try to take it on yourself......good luck.

Persian Love Cake is absolutely delicious! If you like scented Indian sweets you’ll love this; it’s now my all time favourite cake!
