Nostalgic

Reminded me of school dinners where we would have this! But this was way nicer. Lovely buttery loaf and a nice amount of jam and coconut on top. liked the coconut flakes as well as coconut shavings. Made it look that extra bit luxury. Very large loaf cake

My Review

Looked like homemade , the sponge was too thick and heavy tasting for me and the jam very thin underneath the coconut.

I had this with guests. It disappeared immediately!
