We leave our classic beef bourguignon to bubble away for hours, cooking chunks of tender beef in a red wine sauce with smoky lardons, mushrooms, fresh herbs and caramelised onions. All the meat in this dish comes from free-roaming, grass-fed, jolly British cattle.

Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power at 850W. Heat for 4 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30 - 35 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before and stir well before serving.

MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power at 850W. Heat for 7 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving.

I enjoyed this, thick sauce with a lovely flavour. Would love this with slightly larger pieces of beef.

Excellent meal with lots of meat. I love meat so this was a real treat! Very, very tasty and real comfort food that hit the spot in this bad weather. A real treat and I will definitely order it again. Compliments to the chef!

Tasty and intense. Tender beef in a rich gravy. The single portion is small but was enough for me as I added potatoes and peas.

I wasn't sure if I would like this, but was pleasantly surprised. Beef was beautiful. Will definitely be buying again!
