Baked Ziti

My baked ziti is pure comfort in a casserole dish. I cook ziti pasta until it's just al dente, then toss it with my homemade tomato sauce and a blend of parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. I layer this mixture in a baking dish, topping it with more cheese and a sprinkle of herbs. After a stint in the oven, it comes out bubbling and golden, with those irresistible crispy edges everyone fights over. It's a hearty, cheesy delight that'll warm you from the inside out.

Meet Giovanna

I have loved cooking since a young age. Once, my sister asked me to fry her an egg, I was anxious as I had never cooked before. When I fried the egg perfectly I fell in love with cooking. Since then I started taking cooking lessons, including in secondary school. I studied professional cookery at Merton College and I am currently studying nutrition and food management at West London University.

Not bad but a slightly odd taste for me.

Amazing but the cook time is wrong

I've noticed on a few of the homecooks meals they use a standard heating formula. Ignore all of that and just check on the food. It was 1 -2 minutes too long so was a bit overcooked.

This had lovely flavour but was quite dry. The pasta had absorbed most of the sauce unfortunately.

Good

It’s good but I’d maybe add some other ingredients to make it less plain
