MICROWAVE: Heat on full power(950W) for 4-6 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Heat on full power(950W) for 8-10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Meet Kate

The Whole Bowl

I'm Kate and I'm a North Londoner born and bred! I've had an appetite for cooking since I was 6 years old. It all started with my Grandma teaching me the basics, cooking from scratch and using lots of fresh ingredients. After many years of working in hospitality, I set up a catering company in 2005 pausing when my kids were little. I love big flavours and traditional methods of cookery and believe that food made with love tastes so much better!

Not for me

I can appreciate that this is a potentially tasty dish but not for me. Note to self: stay away from mushrooms.

Good flavour but I wouldn’t order it frozen again. I don’t think it maintains the right texture when defrosted

Really delicious but incorrect nutritional info

This is really good and delicious.

However, I wish the nutrition info would be corrected on this - I was shocked to realise the large on this was 900 calories when the image has this down as 395 calories!

Yummy Orzo

Orzo came out perfectly al dente and adding a splash of water before microwaving was a great shout. It was really delicious, but I would like to see a bit more sauce as once I stirred it all through it was a bit too dispersed.

Definitely creamy

This lives up to its tithe. Very creamy mushroom on a bed of light orzo, great on top of a bed of rocket
