Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove the pickle and place the lid loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the pickle, lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Remove the pickle and place the lid loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 7-8 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the pickle, lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of oven for 30 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Meet Som & Tam

Satay Street

We are childhood friends, born in Bangkok. Som loves eating and Tam loves cooking and when we cook together it has always been of epic proportions. Som started her cooking journey by having a chicken satay stall in Brick Lane with recipes passed down by her mum. Tam started cooking and become a chef since he was 18, and also gained experience at the university in Thailand. We want to be ambassadors for your true authentic Thai experience.

Very tasty

Lovely Satay sauce and chicken skewers. I cooked the skewers in the air fryer grill and the sauce separately in the microwave which worked well. Satay sauce was a little sweet but still nice, and good sized portion, I added some rice and had as a main but could also be a starter for 1 or 2

Nicely saucy!

Another of our favourite dishes. Well cooked chicken pieces perfectly marinaded in a delicious peanut sauce

Hmm

These were very tasty but more spicy than i was expecting which was fine for me but less so for the youngest for whom they were purchased (chicken lollipops as she calls them). Good portion size too for the cost and would buy again but all for me this time. The satay sauce sauce was one of the nicest I've had.
