Meet Ann-Marie
I started cooking at the age of 9 when my mother didn't come home early enough one day and my brothers really needed to eat. I cooked tinned mackerel in tomato sauce and plain boiled rice - even my stepdad had it. I've worked in several restaurants over the years, this helped me to develop my skills. My husband saw my passion and found a place where we opened our first Caribbean restaurant. It's been 10 years and I still love it!
I've been having Ann-Marie's jerk for a while - I'm very happy I can finally have them any time I want! Martha P.
