MICROWAVE: Remove the sleeve and lid. Heat on full power (950W) for 4 - 5 minutes.Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Our packaging is not oven-safe—please transfer the food to an oven-safe dish. Heat for 20-25 minutes or until piping hot.

I'm Kate and I'm a North Londoner born and bred! I've had an appetite for cooking since I was 6 years old. It all started with my Grandma teaching me the basics, cooking from scratch and using lots of fresh ingredients. After many years of working in hospitality, I set up a catering company in 2005 pausing when my kids were little. I love big flavours and traditional methods of cookery and believe that food made with love tastes so much better!

Enjoyable meal!

Coated chicken with mashed potato & broccoli. I could taste the garlic, the chicken was moist & it all cooked up just right!
I added some butter to the mash & broccoli.

Tasty and filling!

This dish was right up my street - delicious and filling. I oven cooked it which worked well, the only thing I might do differently is melt the butter separately and drizzle over the chicken at the end. Will order again!

This has to be my new favourite meal. The chicken with the garlic butter melted on top was so delicious with the creamy parmesan mash and the lovely lemony broccoli. loved this so much! I will keep ordering it. :)

I enjoyed this dish. Mash was really lovely with the cheese. I agree with other reviewers, to leave the garlic butter until towards the end of the cook as the chicken did become a little dry
