Garlic Butter Chicken with Parmesan Mash and Lemon Broccoli

My Garlic Butter Chicken is simple but full of flavor. I cook the chicken until it's golden, then cover it in a rich garlic butter sauce. The creamy parmesan mash is smooth and cheesy, working really well with the buttery chicken. The broccoli is cooked just right and finished with lemon for a bit of freshness that cuts through the richness. It's good, honest comfort food that I'm proud to serve.

Tasty, but a bit dry

Dish was tasty overall, however I found that the lack of any sauce component made the breaded chicken rather dry. Some sauce component to go with the chicken and mash to overcome the dryness might be supportive.

A bit dry

The chicken goujons were a bit dry and the Parmesan and butter don’t totally overcome the taste of the reconstituted dried potato. The broccoli was surprisingly good and not mushy as you might expect after freezing.

little bit dry

The sides to this were both lovely. really creamy mash, I do love mash. However the chicken was really dry. Not sure if I would get this again. Sorry Kate

I really enjoyed this meal, unfortunately some of the chicken was dried out and wasn’t chewable. But the bits that weren’t were lovely. The mash was just perfect with it too.

Enjoyed this, a nice dish. The mash was beautiful. Not a huge amount of flavour to the chicken, even with the garlic butter. But I liked this dish over all.
