❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove the lid and place it loosely on the container. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3-4 minutes or until piping hot and stand for 1 minute.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Remove the lid and any outer packaging. Place on a baking tray at the top of the oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Meet Maame

Hi, I'm Maame, and I'm originally from Ghana, West Africa. My cooking story started when one afternoon, my Mama Jane asks me to prepare Jollof Rice for the family for supper. “What”?! I had had experience of cooking with her from when I was six years old but had never cooked a whole dish all by myself. I got on with it and the meal turned out great. The compliments from my Mama Jane, who’s a fantastic cook, gave me the boost to carry on cooking.

Amazing

I really enjoyed this dish, the sweet potato could improve a bit as a bit too mushy but overall amazing taste.

Loved it

I know the photo doesnt look that great, thats down to me, I just wasn't very careful, I was hungry and just tipped it onto the plate.
This was a good size portion and had plenty of everything, a good ratio of ingredients.
It heated well in the microwave, I put it In for 7 mins stirring half way from frozen and it was perfect.
The beans are quite firm and give a good contrast to the softness of everything else.
It's all very very tasty.

Filling and delicious

Really enjoyed this dish. It is a very hearty meal - and worked best for me at dinner. The sweetness of the sauce contrasts beautifully with the sweet potato.

Really enjoyed this dish- chicken was succulent, and the sweet potato and beans were spiced so well! Couldn’t get enough of it. Good portion size too.
