These are my beautiful cheese-stuffed meatballs - tender, juicy beef meatballs with a gorgeous molten cheese center that oozes out with every bite. I've seasoned the meat perfectly with aromatic spices, then carefully wrapped each one around a pocket of creamy cheese before gently pan-frying them to golden perfection. Great idea. Veg and potato mix good but cheese had dried out in meatballs so not cheesy enough and quite heavy.

Tasty smoky meatballs

The meatballs were delicious with a great smoky flavour and a hint of spice. However, the cheese had escaped. The veg side tasted fresh and suited the meatballs well.

Heated this dish in microwave (defrosted first). Really enjoyed the potato mix side but there was something in the sweetcorn mix that I did not like. The cheese had escaped from the meatballs and stuck to the container.

Not too sure what I feel. Was different than what I expected. Not sure if I’ll pick this up again personally but it seemed well seasoned and good portion
