Baked Ziti

My baked ziti is pure comfort in a casserole dish. I cook ziti pasta until it's just al dente, then toss it with my homemade tomato sauce and a blend of parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. I layer this mixture in a baking dish, topping it with more cheese and a sprinkle of herbs. After a stint in the oven, it comes out bubbling and golden, with those irresistible crispy edges everyone fights over. It's a hearty, cheesy delight that'll warm you from the inside out.

Meet Giovanna

I have loved cooking since a young age. Once, my sister asked me to fry her an egg, I was anxious as I had never cooked before. When I fried the egg perfectly I fell in love with cooking. Since then I started taking cooking lessons, including in secondary school. I studied professional cookery at Merton College and I am currently studying nutrition and food management at West London University.

Crispy, Tasty but Underwhelming

I loved the flavours in the Baked Ziti but was left still feeling a bit empty and hungry after eating it. I feel like the meal was great but there just sadly wasn’t enough of it. I could have eaten double the amount that I received, which is slightly disappointing as it tasted amazing and would otherwise have been on my reorder list but the small portion lets it down, sadly.

Disappointed

Very dry. Microwaved for suggested time but finished up with some very hard pieces of pasta and not much flavour.

Pretty good

Not bad but a slightly odd taste for me.
