Meet Valeria

Valeria at Ciao Pizza

I was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy. My family are all foodies, and after studying catering at college & working in fine dining restaurants on the island, I moved with my husband (also a chef) to the UK to pursue my passion for patisserie & baking. I've been lucky enough to work with some amazing people, and had the opportunity to feature on the 1st season of Bake Off Creme de la Creme, which we were finalists in.

Light and tasty

Very nice apple dish, heated it up and put caramel sauce on it.

This dessert is delicious and will be on my order list regularly from now on.

Apples and glaze tasted lovely, decent portion. Let down by the pastry which was soggy even when crisped in air fryer - as another reviewer says I suspect this is due to being frozen

This is delicious, the pastry is cooked perfectly and loved the apple used. One of my favourites!
