I love Asian food like Thai and Vietnamese so much! I am also have big love for traditional English pub meals. In truth, I love any kind of food that has been thoughtfully prepared. I dislike most food that is lacking heart as an integral part of the process - we do not need to engage with food like this.

I love to cook 'everyday Japanese food' that my Mother cooks or the typical type of food you would find at a stall in a delicious food market! I want everyone to enjoy the things we enjoy in Japan everyday rather than something too fancy or posh fine dining food. Most of all I want to cook you something that will warm your heart!

I have a market store in my local church. one day a Chinese lady bought my sweet Aduki buns. She came back in 30 minutes. She looked so excited and said 'this is homemade, isn't it? It reminds me of my grandmother's buns, so nice!" and of course, she bought more. Sweet Aduki Bun is originally from China. so I am very proud of my cooking, even people from its birthplace love it.
