My passion for Italian food comes from my Neapolitan "Nonna", Tina. She helped raise me and my brother, and she cooked for us throughout our childhood. When I finished school, I went to catering college to study professionally. Since, I've worked in some amazing restaurants, done private catering and even stared in a cooking TV series with my wife. Today, we have an amazing family run pizzeria where we focus on top quality Italian ingredients.

A very pleasant pizza even if the crust does go very hard

Nice & Spicy

After collecting up the frozen grated cheese bits from the inside of the box (really needs an internal sealed waxed paper bag) and cooking at either 160C or 180C (fan oven?) (printed instructions need clarification) it makes a fine lunch with some homegrown salad. Nduja is fine and spicy though as always with pizzas I wish there was more tomato sauce spread on the base.

Perfect amount of toppings, and it’s quite filling even though it looks a bit small
