Slow-cooked mushroom with lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves. It is a very authentic and traditional recipe which has been in our family for 4 generations. I put homemade sweet and sour sauce and chilli sambal on the side so you can decide how hot you want it.

We worked in stressful jobs for many years and the way we would relax was to cook meals together for ourselves and family.
