Slow-cooked mushroom with lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves. It is a very authentic and traditional recipe which has been in our family for 4 generations. I put homemade sweet and sour sauce and chilli sambal on the side so you can decide how hot you want it.

We worked in stressful jobs for many years and the way we would relax was to cook meals together for ourselves and family. Great taste but enough sauce

I am sad to give 3 stars because I really enjoyed the taste. However, the portion of the sauce is too small (~3
-4 spoons) and the rest of the dish is random veggies and a lot of rice. Sadly, for me it is not good value and had to add something else because I was still hungry. It's a real shame because I love the sauce but the new packaging with 3 sections is really penalising the customers (and the chefs too!) with what the order being only 1/3 of the whole meal
