Great quality delivery

Great freezer bags, not used the contents of the frozen bags on my plants yet as it suggest!

No defrost needed

Getting the delivery chilled for me is the best option, I gives you a meal plan without the need to freeze anything.
Also I’ve found previously that the tarts or pastry are not a fan frozen..

Needs a return scheme

The food arrived nice and chilled. But I can’t bare the idea of having that much waste of packaging at every delivery. I did write to customer service who said I can keep the wrappings and ice packs and they can arrange collection once I have collected a few. But I feel that this should be offered to everyone and I shouldn’t have to ask for it. It should be a similar system to Dabbadrop, where the delivery person collects the previous ice packs and wrappings. Considering the company promotes plastic free packaging, I expect no less.

Beautifully Frozen

Our meals arrived surrounded by ice packs and still freezing. We were very impressed with the packaging.

Food Was Beginning To Thaw

By the time my parcel was delivered the food had begun to defrost so I couldn't put it in the freezer which was a bind as I'd ordered 10 days worth of food. I realise that in the warmer weather the food will begin to thaw out quicker than it would in the winter but when you order the food to arrive frozen then that's what you expect.
