MICROWAVE: Remove the sleeve and lid. Heat on full power (950W) for 4 - 5 minutes.Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Our packaging is not oven-safe—please transfer the food to an oven-safe dish. Heat for 20-25 minutes or until piping hot.

MICROWAVE: Remove the sleeve and lid. Heat on full power (950W) for 7-8 minutes, stirring half way through. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Improved a lot after adding sweet potato mash

I like that you added the sweet potato mash and changed the veggies. It's much better now, but I would slightly reduce the spice.

The meat was nice and spicy and very tender, and the beans added a good texture too. The rice was simple but very well cooked, and the veg had retained a good texture.

Packages is really great. Love it. Everything kept separated.
I cooked this from frozen in the microwave. 7 mins and it was perfect. Perfect sized portion for me. Everything was proportional. Lovely flavours and texture. The veggies were lovely. The little tomatoes were delicious. A lovely meal.
