❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power at 850W. Heat for 4 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30 - 35 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before and stir well before serving.

MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power at 850W. Heat for 7 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving.

Perfection on a plate

I’ve spoken to quite a few of my friends about this meal because they thought that I was eating mole meat rather than it being a mole sauce so therefore it was quite interesting to explain what I was actually eating to them. I’ve never had mole sauce before and it was incredible. It reminded me of a more curry style chilli rather than it being the traditional chilli con carne taste of that I’m used to, but this isn’t a problem at all. I love the meal and wish I could eat it all over again. It’s definitely going to be a repeat order for this item.

It was my first time trying a Mexican Mole, and I was blown away. The flavours were delicious with a very good combination of sweet and spicy. I can't recommend this dish enough, even my kids who can often be picky eaters seemed to love the dish.

Wasn't sure when I ordered this but......
I ate it after a difficult day travelling for a funeral and it was wonderful. Taste, texture, moisture and spice level all perfect. Felt like the Mexican version of sausage and mash only better.Please don't change it too much.
