This recipe is inspired by a typical Lithuanian dish with my own twist to it. A tender beef meatball stuffed with mozzarella cheese. Served with mashed potatoes, mushroom sauce, fresh dill and sour cream. A very hearty dish - rich in flavours and hugely satisfying.

100% minced beef, fresh garlic, onions, black pepper, beef spices (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, coriander), eggs (EGG), vegetable oil, mozzarella (MILK), potato, milk (MILK), butter (MILK), salt, pepper, [Celery], [Soy]

Heating Instructions

As our food is hand-made by our chefs, these reheating instructions are a guide. Check your food is piping hot throughout before serving.

❄️ FROM CHILLED

MICROWAVE: Heat on full power(950W) for 4-6 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes or until piping hot.

❄️ ❄️ FROM FROZEN

MICROWAVE: Heat on full power(950W) for 8-10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (Gas Mark 5). Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes or until piping hot.

I've loved cooking since I was young and it has been a source of confidence for me as well as a creative outlook. A tasty meal, but as others have said, the portions are small.

This dish wasn't for me unfortunately. I agree with other reviews that the mash is really really runny.
