Tasty but on the small side

First time having this dish, really nicely flavoured stew, although the beef was possibly on the cooked side for me. As others have mentioned, the portion side could be increased a little. The mash is really good, no complaints there - and the beans are fresh and tasty.

Lovely taste

This was a lovely meal, flavoursome and tended meat in the stew, plenty of cabbage which was delicious. The only thing was the portion of stew was small, other wise I would have rated a 5*.

Very tasty dish with good veg accompaniment. Sadly the portion of stew was lacking in volume as mostly veg with one mushroom and very little meat

Hit the spot

Husband, the family meat eater, was enthusiastic about this. Said the meat was tender and tasty, and the vegetables complemented it nicely. And you really can’t beat creamy mashed potato!

The dish was delicious, however, a larger portion of beef would have been preferable; we received only two pieces.
