What is your favourite dish to eat and why?

"Janine: Any chicken dish as it’s easy to cook, versatile and quick. All of these make it perfect for your diet.
Kate: My favourite healthy food is tomato soup. I love tomatoes because they have a high nutrient content like vitamin C and fibre.
Ilaria: My favourite dish is lasagna as it reminds me of family and friends during holidays or special occasions."

What is your favourite dish to cook and why?

We are all passionate about classic Italian dishes such as spaghetti Bolognese and lasagna as we love to celebrate the classic flavours, traditions, and joy they bring to our lives.

What is your proudest cooking memory?

The proudest cooking memory for the three of us is connecting through HomeCooks and being able to create new recipes allowing us to expand our culinary horizons while delivering an extraordinary culinary journey to our community.
