Meet Md Hosan
Long story short, I love food and have always wanted to learn how to cook. When my uncle asked me to help him while he was struggling with staff, I jumped at the opportunity. I started as a porter and then eventually, after a few years, I was promoted to head chef. Now, I have my own place where I have created the best of traditional Indian street food.
