The Secret Smokehouse

I come from the West Coast of Scotland, where I began smoking fish at a young age. Then I moved to London and I trained at London’s Billingsgate Seafood Training School. In 2016 I started, the Secret Smokehouse and started smoking salmon, trout, kippers and haddock in London Fields E8. Now supply some of the best in the business from Michelin Star chefs to London’s most exciting new food ventures.
