Johnny Morillo

I’ve always loved food from the beginning. My dad used to have his own food stall down in West London and I’ve always been fascinated by cooking. I love travelling and I always love to replicate recipes that I’ve seen. Now I’m able to express my food to everyone on my Instagram page.

What is your favourite dish to eat and why?

I honestly love Eritrean or Ethiopian food, their food is actually nutritionally amazing and I could eat that every day.

What is your favourite dish to cook and why?

I love cooking Filipino food it’s where I’m from. It’s what I’ve been raised and I’m able to re-create my home-cooked meals turn plant based.

What is your proudest cooking memory?

Proudest moment was doing a campaign with my dad with Knorr. He loved every second of it and he was a natural on screen
