Meet Marc
I have always had an interest in cooking as my father was a cook who specialised in Jamaican food. Over the years, he taught me a few family recipes and I began to cook for my own family and friends. I am not a classically trained chef but I have perfected my father's recipes over time and started to create a number of my own. It is my passion to share these family recipes so they can be enjoyed by all.
