Meet Freddie

I was really fortunate to have parents that were both great cooks! My dad's signature dish was black bean crab, and my mum's Victoria sandwich is still unbeatable! These memories are what led me to become a professional chef. After many years in hospitality, I am still awed by the power of food to bring people together.

The Chicken and Prune Stew was soooo good! I have never had anything liks this before, and the mash is insane! Alan. W

My speciality is As a chef, I have mainly cooked traditional European and Mediterranean cuisines, within that I love preparing and cooking fish and letting the seasons dictate what's best to use.
