Cooking was always an escape but due to certain worldwide lockdown factors a few years ago, I got the chance to spend more time in the kitchen, having fun with food ever since I've found a fresh look at using food to tell stories and have fun, exploring, entertaining and educating myself with all the different types of cuisines available to us.

My speciality is eclectic mix of cuisines.

What is your favourite dish to eat and why?

Slow cooked spicy meats, preferably tacos.

What is your favourite dish to cook and why?

"Sultans Delight" - a creamy eggplant and slow-roasted lamb dish from the middle-east.

What is your proudest cooking memory?

Creating "Urojo Soup", I spent a long time preparing and researching, and to this day, it is one of the most interesting meals I've ever had.
