I'm passionate about food and cooking! ❤️ I have been cooking since I was a child when I used to have fun in the kitchen with my mum, and I am privileged to still have these moments with her. The affective culinary memory pushed me to start my own business, and that's how Bia's Bakery was born—a small homemade bakery with great flavours! I also make sure that my bakes are gluten-free so they can be enjoyed by all.

What is your favourite dish to eat and why?

Feijoada: a heartwarming pork and black bean stew. The flavour is just incredible, and when served with all the trimmings (farofa, vinaigrette, rice, and spring greens), it takes this dish to another level. Don't forget to have your caipirinha drink with it! ;)

What is your favourite dish to cook and why?

Definitely pão de queijo (cheese bread) and cakes. Because it brings a smile to people's faces.

What is your proudest cooking memory?

When I was a teenager I used to volunteer and cook for a food market (back in my home town) to raise money for schools.
