The Sen Noods Story

Godfrey grew up in Hong Kong, where incredible noodle dishes were a way of life. After moving to London for university, he discovered that the easiest way to eat well without spending a fortune was to pull on his Hong Kong influences and cook for himself.

"I was working as a data scientist, but during COVID I realised I wasn't fulfilled. So I bought a truck and started a street food business. Best decision I ever made."

His childhood best friend Jonny - a trained chef - joined the venture after the pandemic. Together they combine Godfrey's Hong Kong heritage and culinary passion with Jonny's professional kitchen expertise.
