Mai Dim Sum pours passion and expertise into creating 100% handmade dim sum, dumplings, and bao in their London kitchen. The operation is led by a head chef who previously worked at Hakkasan, the prestigious Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant.

"We create simple, creative, fresh dim sum using 100% natural ingredients. Every dumpling is handcrafted by our small team of specialist chefs."

Their small team of specialist dim sum chefs masterfully create each dumpling by hand. They source locally where possible and focus on sustainable practices - avoiding single-use plastic and designing their menu specifically to reduce food waste.

The dumplings are frozen immediately after preparation to lock in freshness without preservatives. Their favourite dish, and apparently their customers' favourite, is the Prawn and Bamboo Har Gau - generously packed with prawn.
