I’ve been cooking for over 40 years, a passion that began in the 1970s in Ealing, West London, where I learned from my mother and aunties. From a young age, I was immersed in the art of home-style cooking—preparing fresh, flavourful meals using traditional techniques passed down through generations. My culinary expertise spans Vegan, Vegetarian, and Non-Vegetarian dishes, with a particular focus on curries, biryani, and grilled specialties. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of spices and how to balance them to enhance the natural flavours of each dish. While my heart lies in Indian and Pakistani cuisine, I also take pride in cooking delicious Italian and British meals, bringing the same level of care, flavour, and authenticity to every plate.
